1.1 The nonprofit association REALBE SPORTS ("Sunday Cycling Club," "the Association," or "We") is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting amateur sports.

HOW LONG DO WE RETAIN YOUR DATA?

- Data processed for contract execution is actively retained for the duration required to perform the contract or follow up on our contractual relationship and is then archived for the legal contractual prescription period of 10 years before definitive deletion.
- Data from individuals who contacted us as part of pre-contractual measures without concluding a contract or to obtain additional information is retained and deleted after 2 years if no further action has been taken within that period.
- Information collected during your visit to our website is deleted in accordance with our Cookie Policy.
